Rob Francis

At Reddick Moss, Mr. Francis’s practice is devoted to representing clients who have sustained personal injuries or suffered neglect and abuse. Mr. Francis assists clients with all aspects of civil litigation from the initial investigative stage of a case all the way through jury trial and appeal. Mr. Francis regularly appears in court throughout each of the states in which he is licensed to practice representing the rights of the injured.

Prior to his years at Reddick Moss, Rob Francis worked with Chuck Banks at Banks Law Firm. During that time, Mr. Francis also assisted clients in all aspects of civil litigation including cases involving personal injuries, business disputes, financial damages, mass torts, federal court criminal defense, and appeals. Mr. Francis received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Central Arkansas and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.

Mr. Francis is admitted to practice in the state courts of Arkansas, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, and New Mexico as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Mr. Francis is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association as well as the Arkansas, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, and New Mexico Bar Associations.
